Passionate environmentalist and communicator. She establishes synergies and helps people and organizations achieve better energy efficiency at a fair price.
Cristina holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and a master’s degree in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication from Pompeu Fabra University. She is a project manager at Ecoserveis, where she specializes in outreach, communication and training in renewable energies, energy poverty and energy efficiency.
She has been working at Ecoserveis for over 15 years, with some breaks dedicated to personal and professional growth. During her years at the organization, she has managed projects of different types focused on the relationship between energy and people through communication, awareness-raising, political advocacy, direct intervention, training and research. She has experience leading and participating in European projects (IEE, H2020, E+,…) as well as national, regional and local ones. She is an expert in energy rights and has participated as a speaker in different state-level conferences on this topic.
In the pedagogical field, he has organized and carried out workshops for children, young people and adults on climate change, energy and the environment and has participated in the writing of energy education material (exhibitions, guides and courses).
