For what purpose and with what legitimacy do we process your data?
Contact. We respond to inquiries from people who contact us by email, through the contact forms on the website or by telephone. We process requests or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods available to them. We process this data with the consent of the person who has contacted us. The data of these people is not kept except when a service provision relationship is established.
Customer services. We record the identification data of the clients and they themselves provide us with additional data (mainly employment data, social circumstances, training, family, economic and financial data), the necessary to offer the services they request from us. From the clients themselves we can obtain data from third parties, which we keep and process to the extent necessary to offer our services. In any case, we use the data solely for this purpose. They are recorded in the documents of our actions and in the documents and computer systems of administrative management and accounting of the association. These treatments are carried out in compliance with contractual relationships (art. 6.1.b RGPD) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
Management of our suppliers’ data. We process the contact details and tax details of the suppliers (natural persons) from whom we obtain services or goods. We process only the data necessary to maintain the commercial relationship and we use this data solely for this purpose, in the context of contractual relationships and in compliance with legal obligations.
Information about products and services. With the authorization of customers, suppliers or participants of activities, their contact details are used to send information related to our services or products or about current news about our areas of work. Commercial advertising communications may be sent by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that makes it possible to make commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and related to its products and services, or its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data. We send the newsletter of the website. We process these data based on the consent of the person receiving the communications (art. 6.1.a RGPD).
Users of our website. The navigation system and software that enables the operation of our website automatically record data that is ordinarily generated in the use of Internet protocols, including the IP address or domain name of the computer used by the person viewing the website. This information is not directly associated with specific users and is used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information. Our website uses cookies that allow technical information to be obtained to facilitate accessibility and more efficient use.
Participants in activities and service users. Associació Ecoserveis organizes informative, training and other activities in which people participate who provide their personal data for the exclusive purpose of managing their registration, attendance and connection with each event. Their data is not kept except when they give us their consent to send information. Depending on the information provided and with the aim of offering a better user experience and optimizing the offer of information and products and services, commercial profiles are created on which automated decisions are never made.
Data retention criteria
They will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the treatment and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.

The data will not be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, Users expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
The RESPONSIBLE expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third parties, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested in advance. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the user. That in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the interested party and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
