Social Psychologist, Doctor in Citizenship and Human Rights and with a Master’s in Citizenship and Human Rights: Ethics and Politics, Rocío has an interdisciplinary profile focused on social research and collective action.
She has experience in the management and coordination of projects aimed at addressing energy and climate vulnerability, as well as in the definition of energy solutions and advisory services. She has participated in European research projects within the Carenet group (UOC-IN3), in addition to being a professor at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and the University of Barcelona (UB). She has also carried out research stays in the United Kingdom, at the Departments of Politics and International Relations of the University of Sheffield and the University of Leicester.
At Ecoserveis, she brings her expertise in the social dimension of the energy transition and in SSH research. Her career allows her to enrich the entity’s projects by designing participatory and co-creation methodologies, and collaborating in the formulation of transformative strategies to address energy poverty and climate change.
