An energy engineer, Marcello trained at universities and social movements in Bologna, Barcelona and Lisbon. Convinced that no struggle can advance alone, he became interested in the demands of climate and social justice. Professionally, he brings experience and knowledge in the field of energy efficiency of buildings and the urban environment. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Urban and Metropolitan Studies, to add a layer of complexity to his discourse on energy transition.
