Maria studied Environmental Sciences at the University of Barcelona. She works on energy poverty alleviation projects and advisement for energy efficiency improvement in households, as well as leading workshops and talks in schools about renewable energies and energy efficiency.

She combines his work at Ecoserveis with her love for horses and equine osteopathy.
