XXVII Sustainable Energy Forum
Learn to transform
New skills for the energy transition
The Sustainable Energy Forum celebrates its twenty-sixth edition as a space for reflection on training in the energy transition, looking at the professional world that surrounds it, and the challenges associated in this sense with the change in the energy model.
This year, in a context of transformation, the FES focuses on the impact of the energy transition on the professional world. Because the energy transition is not a merely technological change, but has a deeply human dimension. It requires new skills, new professional profiles and the constant updating of knowledge throughout working life . In a context of accelerated changes and transformation of production systems, identifying new needs and investing in training, education and retraining is key to ensuring that people, companies and territories are not left behind and can fully promote a just energy transition. This conference was created with the aim of sharing knowledge in this area, identifying the main challenges, and contributing to the construction of an ecosystem of skills that makes a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive energy transition possible.
This year’s forum will take place on April 28, 2026 at the Espai Línia in Barcelona (Carrer Girona, 52), from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Register now!
