My Energy App

Description

My Energy is a Digitalization System for Energy Advice Points that currently operate throughout Catalonia. Its design will impact the efficiency of the services currently developed by local authorities and social entities and will lead to an increase in scope, serving a larger population. Objectives that will ultimately impact the reduction of households in energy poverty.

Ecoserveis participation

Guarantee the implementation of the technological tool in the professional teams of the PAE, and in other energy poverty care services. Prepare the user guide for the technological tool and develop the communication plan to achieve the implementation of the tool in two new municipalities.

Objectives

Create a specific “ad hoc” information system for the management of energy poverty prevention and fight services that are developed at the municipal and regional level in the Catalan territory, and, therefore, increase the scope of intervention in energy poverty (prevention, awareness and protection) by extending the Right to Energy to a greater number of the population, as well as improving the care provided by making the service more efficient and effective (reduction of attention time and waiting time).
