Energy management has become a key aspect in enterprise competitiveness throughout Europe, but there’s a lack of qualified specialists to properly execute it. Facing this issue, the European Energy Management Specialists project (EEMS4SME) has designed and is planning to test a specialized training program that is clear, transparent, transnational, cross-border and accessible online to allow small and medium-sized enterprises to have their needs covered regarding qualified energy management specialists. The project aims to develop an innovative training plan available to European organizations. It’s approached as a strategy for enterprises to generate added value and employment in Europe.
Ecoserveis participation
Ecoserveis is in charge of developing the contents of the training platform together with the other partners. It is also responsible for the dissemination of the project throughout Spain.
Goals
The primary focus of EEMS4SME is to develop and implement an online learning management platform, initially available to the SME of the participating countries and, once the project is over, to the whole of Europe.
