On February 16, 2026, the call for technical assistance aimed at local entities within the framework of the European EPAH (Energy Poverty Advisory Hub) initiative officially opens. An opportunity for local governments and municipal technical staff to detect, analyze and improve energy poverty situations in their respective territories, incorporating a social perspective.
To provide detailed information on the technical assistance available and explain the main characteristics of the call, Ecoserveis has organized an informative webinar in Catalan on Thursday, February 19, the recording of which can be viewed here . The session allowed the call to be presented, doubts to be resolved and the key aspects that make it a relevant support tool for interested municipalities to be highlighted.
What is EPAH?
The Energy Poverty Advisory Hub is a European initiative that offers specialized technical assistance to local entities to support the design and development of projects aimed at combating energy poverty and improving fair access to energy.
Thus, through the EPAH (Energy Poverty Advisory Hub), the selected municipalities receive technical support to identify needs, define actions and move towards fairer and more sustainable energy solutions.
