Participation and governance to deal with vulnerabilities: The commitment to energy communities

The Forum of Sustainable Energy celebrates its 24th edition as a space for reflection regarding the sustainable usage of energy and the promotion of a new energy culture.

Throughout the last two decades, Ecoserveis has promoted the debate among professionals, technicians and the citizens on many aspects: tools and services to generate and use energy efficiently, green electricity, the energy communication, the intelligent networks in the service of people, energy communities, sustainable mobility and more.

This year, immersed in a change in the energy culture that favors self-consumption and energy communities, we ask ourselves: can these be the tool for the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the energy transition?

To reflect on this, during the Sustainable Energy Forum this 2023, projects that seek to include everyone in the energy transition will be presented, such as the Sun4All. But we will also talk about all those ongoing projects that have already been created (or are in the process of creating) regarding energy communities. A new model that completely changes the current scenario and puts citizens at the center of the energy debate.

Join us on Thursday, May 4 at the Palau Robert in Barcelona.
