La Meva Energia is a Digitization System for Energy Advice Centres (EACs) that currently operate throughout the Catalan territory. Its design will have an impact on the efficiency of the services currently developed by local bodies and social entities and will lead to an increase in the scope serving more of the population. Objectives that will end up having an impact on the reduction of households in a situation of energy poverty.

Guarantee the implementation of the technological tool in the EACs professional teams, and in other energy poverty services. Prepare the user guide for the technological tool and prepare the communication plan to achieve the implementation of the tool in two new municipalities.

• Create a specific “ad hoc” information system for the management of prevention services and the fight against energy poverty that are developed at the municipal and county level in the Catalan territory, and, therefore, increase the scope of the intervention in energy poverty (prevention, awareness and protection) extending the Right to Energy to a greater number of the population, as well as improving the attention provided by making the service more efficient and effective (reduction of waiting times).
